Consumer Products

We offer specific expertise in advising on transactions for multinationals and private equity groups that wish to acquire or divest companies, subsidiaries, business operating units, divisions, product lines or non-core brands. Representative transactions include the successful divestment of brands in the food and beverage sectors.

Grandma's was a brand of the Duffy-Mott Company, which was acquired by Cadbury Schweppes in 1982 from American Brands.
